Sapphire RV Park Regluations
Sapphire RV Park Rules Regulations
- QUIET TIME: 9:00pm – 8:00 am – please be considerate of others. (no loud music at any time).
- DRIVING IN RV PARK: Maximum driving speed in RV Park is 5 mph.
- RV Condition & Year of RV: RV must be in good condition and in good working order.
No leaking hoses, tanks, showers, etc. - RV SITE: Only items normally used for camping and recreation may be kept outside or under your unit including grills, lawn chairs, and table. Cloths lines are not allowed.
- TRASH: Dumpster located in the park is for personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged
& tied, boxes broken down. DO NOT leave trash outside by your RV. Cleanliness of the park
is important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management. - NO OPEN BURNING WOOD FLAMES (propane fire pits acceptable).
- NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
- CHILDREN: We want the children to be safe. Children must always be under the watchful
eyes of a parent/guardian. We are not responsible for their safety or welfare. You are liable
for their behavior. - VISITORS: Visitors must park their vehicle as determined by RV Park in guests RV site or
Visitor Parking. Visitors must be in the Occupant(s) company. A visitor is NOT allowed to
stay overnight unless authorized by RV Park. RV Park reserves the right to charge for an
overnight visitor. - CONDUCT: Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious,
disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated such conduct is reason for immediate
eviction without a refund.

Sapphire RV Park Pet Regulations
Dogs are welcome at Sapphire RV Park
For the safety and consideration of all occupants at Sapphire RV Park dogs must always be on a
leash when walking through the RV Park.
Keep in mind some children and adults may have had a bad experience with a dog so even if a dog is friendly
an off leash dog can be terrifying to them. All pets must be on a leash or in a portable
dog enclosure when outside of your RV. See photo above for an example of portable dog
enclosures that are allowed.
- Do NOT leave pets unattended outside. Do NOT leave pets, leashed, chained or in an
enclosure unattended. - Occupant(s) are to maintain control of their pets.
- Pet owners must clean up after their pets. (Failure to clean up after your pet will result in a $20.00 fine)
- The same rules apply for cats as for dogs. If cat(s) are outside they must be on a leash.
These rules are for health reasons as well as the respect of other occupants. - RV Park Management reserves the right to deny a pet if a proposed pet would pose a threat
to the health and safety of occupant(s) of the RV Park.
Note: Management reserves the right to evict or refuse service to anyone who breaks
or disregard any of the Sapphire RV Park Rules or Pet Rules without a refund.
