Sapphire RV Park Rules & Regulations
- QUIET TIME: 9:00pm – 7:00am – Please be considerate of others. No loud music at any time.
- DRIVING IN RV PARK: Maximum driving speed in RV Park is 5 mph. Always observe one-way roads and proper exits. Stay on roads and do not cut through empty RV sites.
- RV CONDITION & AGE: RV must be in good condition, clean, and in good working order. No leaking hoses, tanks, or showers. You must use a working gas furnace as a primary heat source. Exterior must be in acceptable appearance. For extended stays (over 30 days), RVs over 20 years old are not permitted, except for well-restored classic RVs in good condition.
- RV SITE: Only items normally used for camping or recreation (grills, lawn chairs, tables, bikes) may be kept outside. Items such as trash cans, appliances, hoses, storm windows, barrels, luggage, tools, or building materials cannot be kept outside.
- PLANTS: Flowerboxes and pots (limit 2 per space) are welcome but must be kept watered and weed-free. During winter months, plant containers must be out of sight.
- RV SITE MAINTENANCE: Sites must remain neat and orderly. Clothes lines, tarps, or permanent skirting (plywood, straw, etc.) are not allowed. Nothing can be built or erected on site. Management may require removal of any item or structure at any time.
- FIRE & SAFETY: No open burning wood flames. Propane fire pits are acceptable. No fireworks or open firearms displayed.
- TRASH: Use the dumpster for personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged and tied, boxes broken down. Do not leave trash outside your RV. Keep sites clean and tidy as determined by management.
- CHILDREN: Children must always be under adult supervision. The park is not responsible for their safety or welfare. Parents/guardians are liable for their behavior.
- VISITORS: Visitors must park only in designated areas or as directed. Visitors must be accompanied by registered guests. Overnight stays require prior authorization; charges may apply.
- CONDUCT: Immediate eviction without refund for disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, disruptive, or vulgar behavior.
- DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund. Any known illegal activity should be reported confidentially to management.
- SOLICITING: No soliciting within the park. Violation will result in expulsion without refund.
- WATER CONNECTIONS: Direct use of hydrants in freezing weather is at your own risk. Guests are responsible for keeping heat tape wrapped and plugged in to prevent frozen lines. Damages to hydrants caused by negligence will be billed to the occupant.
- MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS: Report maintenance issues immediately at 208-999-3384. For after-hours emergencies, call the same number and choose option 2.

Sapphire RV Park Pet Policy
- PETS: RV Park Management reserves the right to deny any pet(s) if a proposed pet would pose a threat to the health or safety of any occupant(s) of the park. Occupant(s) agree to comply with all current and future pet rules established by the RV Park.
- PET LIMITS: Occupant(s) staying longer than 3 weeks may have a maximum of 2 pets per site.
- Pets are permitted inside your RV and must always be on a leash when outside. No outside pets are permitted; unattended pets in cages or fences are not allowed.
- Occupant(s) must maintain control of their pets at all times.
- All pets must be on a leash when walking through the park.
- Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets. Failure to do so will result in a $30.00 fine.
- Do not leave pets tethered or chained outside unattended.
- Continuously barking dogs will not be tolerated.
- No pets (except trained service animals) are allowed in the office or laundry facilities.
- The same rules apply for cats as for dogs. Cats are inside pets only. If outside, they must be on a leash and accompanied by the owner. These rules ensure health, cleanliness, and respect for all guests.
- No aggressive dogs are allowed in the RV Park.
Note: Management reserves the right to evict or refuse service to any person(s) who break or disregard these rules — without refund.
Sapphire RV Park Legal, Liability & Acknowledgment
- PERSONAL PROPERTY: Occupant(s) agree to release all interests and claims to ownership and possession of any personal property remaining on the site or on RV Park grounds after 1:00 PM the day following termination of this agreement. Any left personal property shall immediately become the property of Sapphire RV Park, which may dispose of it at its discretion within twenty-four (24) hours of 1:00 PM.
- INSURANCE: Occupant(s) must carry their own liability and comprehensive insurance, including valid vehicle registration, during the term of this agreement. Insurance must cover damage caused by tree breakage, flood, fire, theft, or other causes. Damages caused by natural disasters (flood, earthquake, drought, wind, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the Occupant’s own RV insurance. Proof of insurance must be provided upon request.
- LIABILITY: The use of Sapphire RV Park’s facilities is at the user’s own risk. Occupant(s) are responsible for the conduct and safety of their visitors. The RV Park assumes no liability for loss or damage to property or personal injury caused by theft, vandalism, fire, weather, trees, or other natural or accidental events. All users expressly assume all risks and must carry their own insurance coverage.
- DISCLAIMER: Sapphire RV Park provides all services, sites, utilities, and amenities on an “as is” basis. No warranties, express or implied, are made. By staying or using any facility, you agree that under no circumstances will Sapphire RV Park be liable for any damages—direct, indirect, or incidental—arising from your stay or use. This includes loss or injury caused in whole or in part by negligence or events beyond our control.
- INDEMNIFICATION: Occupant(s) and/or camping guest(s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sapphire RV Park, its owners, officers, and employees from all claims, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) related to injury, loss of life, or damage to property arising from their stay or actions within the park.
- RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: Sapphire RV Park is private property. The park reserves the right to amend these rules at any time without notice. Management may refuse entry, or evict any occupant(s) or guest(s) without refund for violation of rules, non-payment, or misconduct. The park also reserves the right to deny future stays to those who have previously violated terms or vacated without settling fees.
- INTERPRETATION: Each provision of this agreement is distinct and independently enforceable. If any provision is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
- ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By paying for invoice(s) and occupying an RV space, Occupant(s) acknowledge they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement, including the RV Park Rules and Pet Policy. Occupant(s) agree to be bound by these terms for the duration of their stay.
By staying at Sapphire RV Park, you agree to abide by all policies and accept full responsibility for your property, guests, and actions.
