Monthly occupancy under 90 days is a flat rate that includes electric. Month-to-month occupancy over 90 days is charged at the monthly site fee plus metered electric.
Month-to-Month Discounted Rate Requirements (Occupancy Over 90 Days)
- RV must be in good condition.
- Application must be completed with information about all persons and pets who will be staying in the RV.
- Bad credit does not automatically disqualify application approval.
- Registered sex offenders are disqualified from occupancy at Sapphire RV Park.
- Month-to-month occupants must give a 30-day move-out notice to qualify for the discounted monthly rate.
- A security deposit is required to cover the final invoice; any remaining balance will be refunded within 10 days after move out.
