It is pretty challenging to find an RV site to rent in the Boise Valley right now! Nightly rates range from $25-$30 a night. However, discounted Monthly sites do come available.
Our monthly discounted rate starts at $600 per month plus power. Power is metered at each site and billed monthly.
To qualify for the discounted rate the following applies:
- RV must be 10 years or newer and in good operating condition
- An application must be filled out with information about all persons and animals who will be staying in the RV. Applications are HERE
- Each applicant needs to initial and sign the terms and conditions. Found HERE
- Each applicant will need to have a background check. When a site is available we will send each adult applicant a link for a background check. The cost for each background check provided to us from an outside agency is $40. We look for past forced evictions, violent criminal history, Sex offense history. A credit report is pulled at that time, a ” soft” hit to credit meaning it shows up as an inquiry but does not damage your credit score. Bad credit does not necessarily disqualify you from staying at a discounted rate.
- $150 security deposit is required
- 30 days notice must be given upon move out to qualify for a monthly rate.
